Grow Supplements Grow Protein Bars – Revolutionary New Protein Snacks – 20g Protein Only 102 Calories & 0 : This is a damn good product. I was just telling my wife that

I was worried that it wasn’t going to taste good but it’s the perfect combo of sweet and tangy. It’s great on its own or over some fruit and a nice little boost of protein for the day :).

Super sweet with too many chemicals. Good nutrition value but really didn’t like the taste – overwhelming artificial sweetness.

These have great flavour, lots of protein and low calorie. Will be buying more definitely. Here are the specifications for the Grow Supplements Grow Protein Bars – Revolutionary New Protein Snacks – 20g Protein Only 102 Calories & 0:

Very nice, much easier to eat than the dry protein bars. Quite sweet, a bit too sweet for my taste in fact, but otherwise very pleasant taste and texture.

Very good product, easy to eat, better straight from fridge. Price is alittle much, only thing that’s puts me off buying more.

Reviews from purchasers :

  • Perfect on-the-go protein
  • Fantastic low calorie, high protein snack!
  • A new staple for me

Pretty good product ive found. Both myself and my girlfriend like the taste. Its quite sour, like a cherry sour sweet taste. Great way to get 20g protein in. More efficient than a protein bar.

A convenient, low-calorie way of quickly downing 20g of protein.

Natural Probiotic Selection Kefir Starter Culture – Pack of 5 Freeze Dried Sachets, Excellent product.

As i wanted to start making kefir again as it is good for digestive problems i contacted the supplier. Happily i have been very pleased with the product which i received. It was exactly as i expected and the instructions which came with it were clear (but must be adhered to ). I made 2 pints of kefir with a single sachet and can use the other two freeze-dried starters at a later date since they will store for months. Meanwhile i shall retain some of the kefir which i have made to start of my next batch. By the way, the packet came rapidly , was well wrapped but able to go through the letter-box. I shall definitely use this supplier again.

Used this with my yogurt maker. Half a sachet with one pint of milk.

I bought this after hearing it was good for crohns sufferers. I bought this after hearing it was good for crohns sufferers. Obviously i have to give it time to work but it is so easy to make and i was extremely impressed that the company send email instructions. Fingers crossed it is the miracle people say it is but for the price it’s definitely worth a try.

Great product and great customer service. Great product but best part was the very informative email that arrived the day before. It was informative and a step by step account of to use the product. I chose this product because other buyers had said how good the email was. Have made my first batch with great success.

Excellent product, works really well with no problems.

Kefir Starter Culture – Pack of 5 Freeze Dried Sachets for Milk Kefir (5 sachets) : I put mine in the airing cupboard while it was setting. I used 900 ml of organic whole milk. Let it cool to around 30 degrees ( i used a thermometer ) and then pour through a strainer into a jug which allows you to mix the the kefir powder. I then filled 8 pots with lids and placed in the airing cupboard for twenty four hours. After they had set i placed them in the fridge.

(2 Pack) King British – Turtle Food 200g, arrived on the time stated and it has a good mix for my

My turtles are happy reptiles. My turtles are happy reptiles.

My musk turtles love this stuff. I’d brought them up for the 1st 9 months on just the food sticks before finding this mix. Several people online advise against it as they think the turtles will always pick the shrimps out over the pellets but i don’t find that at all.

My terrapin loves this stuff. He even seems to have learnt what the rattling of the tub means and starts splashing around like crazy knowing his food is coming. Oh wait, i do, and pretty much exclusively feed my terrapin on it because he loves it.

Turtles love it, especially the dried shrimps. However they are getting a bit spoilt and being selective over which bits they eat- they don’t like the dried sticks which are supposed to be good for them. I use it as a treat now and then in conjunction with reptomin pellets, so that they have to eat a complete healthy diet most of the time. By the end of the tub, the food is rather powdery and spoils the water. Only use about 2/3 of the pot and discard the remaining powder bits.

Good quality and quick delivery.

(2 Pack) King British – Turtle Food 200g : My turtle is never dissapointed. My turtle loves this food, there’s a good mix of sticks, shrimp and krill, he eats it all, the fish will even sneak up behind him to grab the odd mouthful. It lasts a long time, i feed mine nightly on a big pinch of this plus some raw fish\mussels\squid\eels etc to keep him well fed so my fish don’t become dinner.

Lichfield 480 UHT Semi Skimmed Milk 12ml portions, Ideal for tea or coffee

A little bit of convenience. These are ideal for transporting. Nothing worst then getting to your weekend hideaway and realising you have no milk. I purchased these and will do so again, as a longlife product they are ideal.

I bought a box of only 50 to start with in september and they’ll expire/have the best before date in february. Having read the other reviews about close expiry dates first, i bought a box of only 50 to start with in september and they’ll expire/have the best before date in february. Packaging was very good and no ‘accidents’ happened to the little pots on the way.

Uht semi skimmed milk portions. I don’t drink milk myself so keep these for any visitors. Very quick delivery and nicely packed. 4 months left before they expire. I just wish they were a little bigger as one needs to use two per cup, otherwise i would have got the pack of 25.

I have no issues with these and ‘use-by’ dates were at least 4 months away.

480 UHT Semi Skimmed Milk 12ml portions : Having given up milk to save a few calories each day, i thought that buying these for guests would save trying to keep a regular bottle of milk in the fridge on the off chance it would be used. Guests that have had these say it tastes fine but the only disappointment is the relatively short shelf life, i assumed that uht milk would last at least three or four months in line with the supermarket long life boxes but these little pots are only six to eight weeks. However, the supplier responded quickly and politely to my enquiry after delivery and the result is next time i order i will tell them i need the longest shelf life and they will sort them out for me.

Grace Premium Coconut Milk 1 Litre : Good quality and value and distant expiration

I had exactly the same experience as the 1 star review by mr. Royalty; the first batches a few months ago were thick and delicious coconut milk, but recent batches have been watery and bland. The cream of coconut milk naturally separates from the water, and since no emulsifier is used, my guess is that the coconut milk isn’t mixed properly before being packaged, resulting in random thicker or thinner batches. Could this potentially mean the the nutrition info isn’t entirely accurate?since there’s no way to tell what i’m getting, i’ve resorted to buying tesco’s coconut milk as a temporary solution. It has a bizarre taste but at least it’s consistent. (if you let the contents settle and don’t shake the can before opening, you can pour the concentrated coconut milk out and leave the strange tasting water mixture behind.

Best ever – will buy again and again.

Unlike other people whose reviews i have read, my batch of coconut milk received 2 days ago is as thick and creamy as can be – i’m very happy with the product. It’s perfect for making kefir which is why i bought it. Here are the specifications for the Grace Premium Coconut Milk 1 Litre:

  • Premium quality – 18.0% fat content.
  • An essential, signature ingredient in Caribbean, Chinese, Indian, Thai and South-Asian cuisines.
  • Adds a delicious smoothness and delicate, subtle flavour to curries, stews, rice dishes, sauces, soups, desserts and beverages.

I definately think like some others have said you could water it down. This is so creamy and fesh tasting. Some people have said it is a lot more expensive than supermarket versions, however, this is a 1 litre carton and supermarkets generally sell 400ml tins. From my workings out, it’s over double for the same price as you’d pay for the premium brand – but with a much higher coconut content and without any nasty bits in, just coconut and water.I definately think like some others have said you could water it down too depending on how you’re using it and then freeze leftovers.

I like that it *allegedly* has only coconut and water but. I like that it *allegedly* has only coconut and water but i hate that it doesn’t separate when you put it in the fridge. I believe this is a normal attribute of coconut milk so not sure exactly why this doesn’t separate.

Reviews from purchasers :

  • Excellent Coconut milk – best ive tried.
  • This is Superb! LOVE it!
  • I definately think like some others have said you could water it down

There were some negative reviews about it being watery?. I find the consistency great. In fact canned is more watery. Actually, if i am being 100% honest i don’t think i have had a better coconut milk. It tastes pure and has a nice consistency and obviously is coconutof course trying to eat healthy and paleo i do have some concerns, such as the information read in the comments regarding possible additives or preservatives and certificate information possibly not given from the manufacturer?. I suppose if anyone is truly concerned they could ask foods standards to investigate. But tastes legitimate anyhow. A big concern however is that the company grace isn’t actually producing it?so that’s concerning since the company producing it isn’t registered in the uk.

The Kefir Company Milk Kefir Starter Cultures – 3 sachets : After following instructions carefully, I have been moderately successful

After taking nsaids 9 years ago i developed a nagging pain in my abdomen, always in the same place. It would come & go, but often occurred daily. Since starting the kefir last year, this pain has subsided to where i go probably weeks without noticing anything. The only downside for me is the taste, so i mix it into a smoothie.

Keep healthy feeding your gut bacteria. Easy to make but make sure you follow the instructions, there are videos on the internet. I recommend using full-fat milk to get the best results from your bio-cultures. We tried semi-skimmed and coconut milk, but the results weren’t not as good. The whole family enjoy a kefir smoothy in the afternoon made with fresh fruit. My wife has noticed a huge different with her digestion problems. We intend to keep on using it and our friends have started using it as well.

I bought the starter kit some months ago and wasn’t very successful – perhaps i was impatient. I bought the live culture and was so successful that i decided to try the starter kit again. This time i waited two days and the kefir started to grow. If you decide on the starter kit, keep it warm in a cupboard, follow the instructions and give it time it will grow. Here are the specifications for the The Kefir Company Milk Kefir Starter Cultures – 3 sachets:

  • Make up to 100 litres of Kefir
  • Contains 7 strains of probiotics
  • Supports and optimises your intestinal flora, digestion and bowel movements
  • Supports body functions and resistance to disease
  • Easy to Make; no boiling of milk and can be set at room temperature

I gave upalcohol nine months ago and felt my system could do with a boost. I’ve used this kefir ever since. I didn’t find it worked so well with skimmed milk but fine with semi and i see it works with coconut and almond (review here) so i’ll give that a go. Fast delivery and i feel great. Same breakfast every morning – i even take it with me abroad. Works even better in warm weather.

I have only used it with soya milk and thoroughly enjoy it. You can get several batches from one satchel so great value.

Reviews from purchasers :

  • Therefore standard supermarket products are a waste of my time
  • Good, tasty kefir
  • Simple, cheap and delicious.

I’ve been making kefir for three years now. I’ve only ever used these starter grains. No need to shop elsewhere – these are excellent. Other kefir i have tasted is not as good.

Found this to be everything we hoped – easy to make, economical, excellent taste and thickness.
